How do you release Eupeodes-System?

Under which conditions should you use Eupeodes-System?
- Active between 10°C and 30°C (50°F to 86°F) – optimum performance is achieved between 15°C and 25°C (59°F to 77°F).
- Moist microclimate for larvae – while adult hoverflies tolerate dry conditions well, the larvae require a moist microclimate to develop successfully.
- Monitor performance – adult hoverflies begin emerging within a few days after release. Although larvae are difficult to spot, their black droppings (meconium) indicate active feeding.
