Recursos Humanos

Are you ready to join us as our new Compensation & Benefits Analyst? In this role, you’ll contribute to shaping our global rewards strategy and have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing, sustainability-driven organization.

BioFirst Group is a global leader in sustainable crop protection and pollination. We provide growers with innovative Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions: from beneficial insects and bumblebees to biopesticides, biostimulants, and advanced monitoring tools. With 32 production and/or distribution subsidiaries, over 3000 colleagues worldwide and exports to over 70 countries, we’re proud to help shape the future of agriculture in a greener, more sustainable way.

Today we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst who will play a key role in supporting BioFirst Group’s global C&B agenda. Reporting directly to the Global Compensation & Benefits Lead, this is a unique opportunity to become the second member of a newly expanded team — working closely as the right hand to the Lead. The role combines hands-on execution of core C&B cycles with contributing ideas and improvements, acting as a sparring partner, and helping to co-develop solutions with both Group and local entities.

Your mission

As part of a small and highly engaged Global HR team in a company that is scaling up, the C&B Analyst will contribute both to daily delivery and to building the frameworks needed for future growth. The role offers international exposure and involvement in strategic initiatives such as pay transparency, investor preparedness, and alternative pay structures, always with a clear link to BioFirst’s business strategy: putting the customer first and driving speed and execution in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Processes

  • Support external market benchmarking exercises using Willis Towers Watson (WTW), ensuring BioFirst’s compensation and benefits remain competitive and aligned with business strategy.
  • Support global pay increase cycles end-to-end, from initiation and analysis through to approval and review.
  • Maintain and support the WTW job matching processes and ensure pay structures are in line with the grading methodology.
  • Conduct internal audits of C&B practices across local entities, ensuring consistency with BioFirst’s corporate framework and compliance with policies.
  • Contribute to the creation and documentation of formal C&B policies and procedures, such as pay cycle guidelines and bonus frameworks.
  • Deliver accurate reporting and insights that connect compensation reviews, benchmarking results, and decision-making.

Systems, Tools & Implementation

  • Act as a key user and support the global rollout of the Compensation module in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Train and guide local HR colleagues and managers in using and SAP tools, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
  • Monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement in C&B-related HR systems.

Advisory & Sparring

  • Provide advice to HRBPs and local HR, co-developing solutions on compensation and benefits questions.
  • Bring ideas and constructively contribute to improving processes and solutions.
  • Prepare analyses and presentations to support senior management decision-making.

Strategic Contribution

  • Support implementation of global initiatives, including EU pay transparency compliance, investor preparedness measures, and alternative pay structures.
  • Monitor external trends in compensation & benefits and suggest improvements that enhance competitiveness and governance.
  • Contribute to group-wide cohesion by supporting baseline C&B principles while allowing local flexibility.

Who are we looking for?

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or HR Analytics.
  • Experience with job classification methodologies (e.g. Willis Towers Watson), compensation tools or job evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to international or multi-entity environments is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; able to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to independently manage multiple processes and small projects.
tail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset.
  • Curious and proactive: executes tasks reliably while constructively contributing to improving processes and solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work in a lean global team while partnering effectively with local HR and management.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and emerging AI applications to enhance data analysis and reporting.
  • Able to work independently, taking responsibility for tasks and projects from start to finish.

What do we offer

  • At BioFirst Group we offer the opportunity to contribute to the C&B strategy of the world’s leading company in biological crop protection and pollination.
  • Exposure to international HR and business practices in a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization.
  • Room to develop your expertise in C&B, take ownership, and shape processes within a growing global HR function.
  • A collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions make a real impact.
  • A competitive salary package, including additional benefits.
