To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Registration Manager to ensure our innovative portfolio of beneficial insects (macrobials) and associated products reaches markets around the globe.

Your mission

As Registration Manager, you are at the heart of our global market access strategy.
You ensure our products can be commercialized smoothly and compliantly, enabling our business and customers to thrive.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage registration dossiers for macrobials and associated products across multiple regions
  • Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers and follow up with authorities
  • Maintain product approvals (renewals, amendments, label updates)
  • Support international market access, navigating diverse regulatory landscapes
  • Act as key interface between regulatory authorities and internal teams (R&D, supply chain, product management)
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical, business-oriented actions

What do we expect from you?

  • Preferably a Master’s degree in biology, agronomy, entomology or similar
  • Experience in regulatory affairs / registrations / regulatory science (crop protection, biocontrol, feed or related sectors)
  • Ability to interpret scientific and regulatory data (e.g. ecotox/field studies, efficacy tests, identity data, technical reports) is a strong asset. A clear willingness to further develop expertise in the scientific aspects of regulatory work is essential
  • Strong interest in sustainable agriculture and biological solutions
  • Structured, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator and team player engaging in open brainstorming and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
