What can you expect upon delivery?

To ensure the optimal quality of our products, the logistics process plays a crucial role. For example, beneficial insects that can be stored at low temperatures are packed in insulated boxes with cooling elements. This way, the cold chain is maintained from packaging to delivery.

Orders can also be placed via the webshop, where you can also view your order history. 

​Orders submitted by phone or email before 4:00 PM on working days will be delivered, according to the delivery schedule, two working days later before 1:00 PM.
Webshop orders can be placed until 6:00 AM and will be delivered on the next delivery day as per the schedule.​​​ 

Adjusted delivery times apply on public holidays.

For orders under €100, a transport fee of €25 will be charged.
