How does Diglyphus-System control leafminers?

  • Ideal for increasing pest pressure – thanks to its rapid population development, Diglyphus-System is particularly effective when leafminer populations start to increase.
  • Repeat introductions – make three weekly releases to achieve the best results.

How do you release Diglyphus-System?

  • Release in the morning or evening – these conditions allow the parasitoids to disperse effectively throughout the crop.
  • Allow the wasps to fly out naturally – hold the tube low within the crop so the parasitoids can emerge and begin searching for leafminer larvae.
  • Distribute evenly – release the parasitoids in and around infested areas for optimum performance.
